Mountain Caribou Initiative – Conservation Challenges, an exploration

Mountain caribou are on the brink of disappearing across most of their range in the Pacific Northwest of the USA and Canada. David took part in the Wolf OR 7 Expedition, supported by StFF in 2014 and has now launched a new initiative to explore the world of mountain caribou and the conservation challenges faced to sustain them and the unique mountain landscapes they depend on.

My Shelter Foundation – Global Lighting Project

The ‘Liter of Light’ project uses recycled plastic bottles as solar light bulbs. The project provides energy to poor families in the Philippines and enables them to be ‘green’ as the technology is very simple and sustainable and the light is free.
